Abstract

В настоящее время эффективное управление социально-экономическим развитием региона невозможно без отлаженной системы мониторинга развития его территорий. Тем актуальнее становится вопрос выбора оптимальных инструментов мониторинга. В статье на основе итогов социально-экономического развития 2005 года рассматривается оценка потенциала конкурентоспособности муниципальных образований Свердловской области и ее влияние на социально-экономическую политику территорий.
