Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме разработки методических положений "Схемы развития и размещения производительных сил Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа-Югры" на перспективный период до 2020 года. Необходимость разработки обуславливается сырьевой направленностью экономики округа, напрямую зависящей от состояния минерально-сырьвой базы региона, испытывающей уже сегодня влияние глобальных и общенациональных процессов на рынке нефти и газа. Представлены SWOT анализ развития округа и структура схемы, в разработке которой Институт экономики УрО РАН, наряду с другими исполнителями, принимал непосредственное участие.
