Abstract

В статье рассмотрена такая особенность становления региональной социально ориентированной институциональной политики, как требование повышенного внимания к социальным инновациям, к масштабам, источниками и результативности социального инвестирования, исследуется институт информационного обслуживания. Особо подчеркнута важность взаимодействия центра и субъектов Федерации при формировании региональной политики.
