Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию оценки динамики теневой экономики в условиях негативного влияния экономических кризисов. Рассмотрены факторы и угрозы, способствующие росту теневой экономики в период экономических кризисов. В статье рассмотрено ситуационное положение субъектов, входящих в Уральский федеральный округ, в части текущего состояния теневого сектора экономики за период с 2006 по 2012 гг. В статье представлены результаты прогнозирования динамики теневой активности с учетом возможного воздействия кризисных тенденций в экономике на примере субъектов РФ, входящих в Уральский федеральный округ. Полученные данные были использованы при разработке комплекса программно-целевых мероприятий, направленных на минимизацию негативного влияния теневой экономики с учетом воздействия кризисных явлений в экономике. При этом особое внимание уделено проблеме повышения эффективности международного сотрудничества по противодействию теневой экономической деятельности.
