Abstract

В статье рассмотрен вопрос необходимости совершенствования существующих методов исчисления производственного результата функционирования организаций здравоохранения с целью адекватного определения эффективности и результативности их деятельности. Предложено несколько подходов для решения данной проблемы, рассмотрены их преимущества. Выделены некоторые особенности функционирования исследуемых организаций, затрудняющие применение предложенных подходов, а также предложены мероприятия, способствующие устранению их негативного влияния.
