Города Как Социально-Экономическая Основа Развития Российского Севера

Abstract

Рассмотрены вопросы социально-экономического развития городов Российского Севера. Показаны особенности их становления и эволюции от опорных пунктов освоения до многофункциональных городских поселений. Выделены периоды и выявлены причины появления городов в исторической ретроспективе. Рассмотрены особенности размещения городов по территории Севера Российской Федерации и ее отдельных макрорегионов с определением компактных городских территорий. Выполнена группировка городских поселений по специализации хозяйства и административным функциям. Показана тесная связь развития городских поселений с цикличностью использования природных ресурсов, отмечены риски, обусловленные их моноотраслевым развитием, проблемы диверсификации экономики городов, связанные с удорожающими северными факторами. Выявлены роль и влияние городов на социальные и экономические процессы в отдельных макрорегионах и субъектах Федерации северной зоны страны. Подчеркнута особая роль крупных городов в социально-экономическом развитии субъектов Федерации Севера. Рассмотрены основные направления развития городов различной функциональности в перспективный период.
