Abstract

Статья посвящена концептуальным основам реструктуризации современного производства. Сформулированы основные подходы к реструктуризации, разработана типология реструктуризации промышленности. Определена последовательность действий по разработке процессов реструктуризации территориальных экономических систем. Предложена методология конверсии предприятий оборонно-промышленного комплекса как направления реструктуризации промышленности. Сформулированы основные положения методики проектирования управленческих решений по реструктуризации и конверсии наукоемких производств.
