Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу состояния женской занятости в регионах Севера России. Гипотеза исследования заключается в предположении, что из-за особенностей отраслевой структуры экономики, обусловленной ее сырьевой направленностью, возможности трудоустройства женского населения в северных регионах России значительно сокращены. Это приводит к обострению проблемы женской безработицы и обуславливает необходимость принятия дополнительных мер ее урегулирования со стороны органов исполнительной власти. Авторы статьи выделили основные факторы, воздействующие на возможности трудоустройства женщин в регионе. На основе анализа статистических данных, нормативных и программных документов обоснованы инструменты и даны рекомендации по сглаживанию существующих проблем в области женской занятости в субъектах Севера Российской Федерации.
