Abstract

Строительный комплекс относится к числу ключевых отраслей экономики Дальневосточного федерального округа и во многом определяет решение социальных, экономических и технических задач ее развития. Цель исследований определение наиболее эффективных путей развития строительного комплекса на основе анализа тенденций функционирования отрасли в регионах с динамично развивающейся строительной отраслью, входящих в состав Дальневосточного федерального округа. Рекомендованы основные меры региональной поддержки, давшие положительный эффект, которые необходимо взять за основу при формировании стратегии развития строительного комплекса. Предложено создание строительного кластера, который рассматривается как эффективная среда взаимодействия участников строительного комплекса, в том числе и субъектов малого предпринимательства.
