Abstract

Важный этап в жизненном цикле инвестиций в строительстве – стадия получения разрешения на строительство. Одним из основных методов управления инвестициями является проектное управление в соответствии с международными стандартами и требованиями Международной ассоциации управления проектами (IPMA). Этот метод управления проектами дает возможность решать проблему системно. Именно подобный подход зачастую отсутствует на этапе получения разрешения на строительство. Управление проектами применяет системный подход в решении сложных компонентов. Управление проектом можно назвать методологией или философией, которая позволяет решать задачи (проекты) в комплексе и с наибольшим эффектом. Качественным управлением проектом можно достичь поставленной цели в установленный или более короткий срок, при договорных или более низких затратах.
