Abstract

Обсуждаются проблемы и перспективы развития государственно-частного партнерства в образовательной сфере в России. Рассмотрен кластерный подход как один из перспективных механизмов государственно-частного партнерства в образовательной сфере, обосновывается и апробируется методика оценки социально-экономического эффекта внедрения государственно-частного партнерства в рамках научно-образовательного кластера на примере кластера торговли, индустрии гостеприимства, сервиса и услуг Республики Татарстан.
