Abstract

Процесс оценки состояния и перспектив развития банковского сектора на региональном уровне является многофакторным. Среди взаимосвязанных групп факторов, влияющих на развитие банковской среды в регионах России, выделяются следующие: наличие и характер клиентуры, политические условия, экономико-географическое положения региона, развитие средств коммуникаций и связи в регионе. Вследствие этого результаты оценки текущего состояния банковского сектора в значительной степени зависят от экономического состояния региона и, в первую очередь, от финансового положения основных предприятий региона.
