Разработка Концепции Снижения Стоимости Строительных Объектов В Условиях Кризиса

Abstract

Проанализированы организационно-экономические проблемы, решение которых должно способствовать определению оптимальной стоимости строительного объекта. Рассмотрены особенности интенсификации инвестиционного проекта как одного из факторов снижения стоимости строительного объекта. Определены основные направления снижения стоимости строительной продукции. Проведена оценка степени влияния рекомендуемых направлений на снижение стоимости строительства. Даны рекомендации по практическому использованию результатов исследования. Библиогр. 3.
