Abstract

Рассматриваются факторы и предпосылки формирования системы внутрифирменного планирования предприятий газовой отрасли. На основании анализа состояния и перспектив экономического развития определены направления совершенствования системы планирования с учетом государственных стратегических приоритетов и состояния сырьевой базы, основу которых определяют: мониторинг внешней среды, введение системы индикативного планирования в структуру управления, формирование инструментов синхронизации всех видов планов, внедрение иерархичности структурных подразделений в сложных вертикально интегрированных системах газовой промышленности.
