Abstract

Описывается научно-методический подход к сетевой организации логистики гостиничного бизнеса с перспективой создания сервисных кластеров. Разрабатываются рекомендации по принятию оптимальных решений при обосновании состава участников сети, конфигурировании ее структуры и установлении связей между бизнес-процессами.
