Abstract

Цели предпринимательской структуры играют важную роль на начальном этапе ее функционирования и определяют характеристики ее процессов. Предпринимательскую структуру можно рассматривать как совокупность этих процессов, что является основанием для применения процессного управления в предпринимательских структурах. Одним из основных инструментов процессного управления является моделирование процессов, которое позволяет идентифицировать все ее элементы и эффективно управлять ими. Библиогр. 5. Ил. 1.
