Проблема Выбора Подхода К Процессу Стратегического Планирования В Условиях Изменяющейся Экономики

Abstract

Исследуются особенности проблемы методического обеспечения процесса формирования и реализации стратегического планирования, основная из них положение о критериях эффективности такового. Эффективность оценивается группой показателей, характеризующих внутреннее состояние и внешнюю среду (влияние этапа экономического развития). С учетом приведенной классификации подходов к процессу стратегического планирования, этапов экономического развития и особенностей финансово-экономического состояния предприятий разработана подвижная матрица выбора подхода к процессу стратегического планирования на предприятии. Матрица позволяет менять подходы к процессу стратегического планирования, что обеспечивает гибкость адаптации предприятия к условиям внешней и внутренней среды. Библиогр. 2.
