Abstract

Одним из стратегических направлений модернизации экономики России является повышение энергетической эффективности промышленных предприятий. Одним из способов реализации политики энергосбережения промышленных предприятия может быть проектный подход. Применение метода управления проектами позволяет планировать деятельность предприятия в области энергосбережения исходя из соотношения между объемом выпуска продукции, имеющимися ресурсами, а также качеством продукции и рисками.
