Abstract

Эволюция ключевых подходов к управлению качеством продукции представлена в форме трех основных этапов: контроль качества, его обеспечение, комплексное управление качеством. Отмечается, что управление качеством продукции на современном этапе экономического развития определяет конкурентоспособность как самой продукции, так и предприятия в целом. Приводятся принципы комплексной системы управления качеством строительной продукции. Большое внимание уделяется системе TQM, которая предполагает непрерывный контроль качества продукции. Исследуется возможность адаптации элементов TQM к специфике проектных предприятий. Анализ эффективности мероприятий по обеспечению качества в Японии выявил как положительные, так и негативные моменты, которые необходимо учитывать при проведении аналогичных преобразований в России.
