Abstract

Моделирование бизнес-процессов на предприятиях является одним из инструментов повышения эффективности управления производственными процессами. В условиях дефицита финансовых средств, направляемых на обновление основных фондов, наибольшую значимость приобретает системное управление капитальным ремонтом, что обусловливает необходимость моделирования бизнес-процесса управления капитальным ремонтом, его регламентацию и оценку эффективности. Система показателей эффективности моделирования управления капитальным ремонтом разрабатывается на основе анализа производственно-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия и позволяет оценивать его эффективность как в статике, так и в динамике.
