Abstract

Предпринята попытка построить ментальные модели региональных менеджеров туристcкой отрасли c целью определить мотивы целеполагания в процессе формирования стратегии. Исследование предусматривало опрос менеджеров разных уровней управления различных туристских предприятий Астраханской области с помощью интегральной метрики, разработанной И. Б. Гурковым. Определены предположения региональных менеджеров относительно различных составляющих процесса формирования стратегии. Библиогр. 4. Ил. 2.
