Abstract

Во второй половине 60-х гг. XX столетия в Советском Союзе впервые после 20-х гг. XX века встала проблема сочетания централизованного управления и рыночных механизмов. В настоящее время, когда рыночные принципы восторжествовали, эта проблема сочетания возникает вновь. Ее разрешению может способствовать рассмотрение исторического опыта. В этой связи особенно интересными представляются суждения зарубежных экономистов. Их изучение помогает «взглянуть» на изменения в экономическом устройстве страны через призму западной экономической мысли, оценить не только точки зрения западных экономистов на возможные причины успехов и неудач реформы, но и понять теоретические основы таких успехов и провалов.
