Отток Капиталов Из России В Условиях Мирового Экономического Кризиса

Abstract

Авторы считают, что одним из способов минимизации влияния экономического кризиса на национальную экономику является снижение оттока капитала из страны. В российских условиях главным источником бегства капитала служит некриминальный по существу капитал, изъятый из национального использования. Именно поэтому вывоз капитала из России длительное время являлся не столько предметом озабоченности мирового сообщества, сколько недорогим источником финансирования мировой экономики. Естественным и единственным выходом из подобной ситуации для России видится немедленное прекращение финансирования экономик других стран, направление имеющихся инвестиционных ресурсов в реальную экономику нашей страны для обслуживания государственных расходов.
