Abstract

Новый этап научно-технической революции, называемый микроэлектронной революцией, характеризовался индивидуализацией процесса труда, превращением его для заметной части общества в разновидность творческой деятельности и средство самореализации. Огромную роль сыграло создание в 1976 г. персонального компьютера, который давал возможность не только предельно индивидуализировать высококвалифицированный труд, но и выводил его из-под контроля корпоративной технобюрократии Настоящий переворот в производстве ЭВМ произошел на рубеже 1960 1970-х гг. на основе новой элементной базы, появления микропроцессоров и сложных интегральных схем вычислительная техника третьего четвертого поколения впервые соединила в себе компактность, быстродействие, относительную дешевизну, стала доступной значительному кругу учреждений, предприятий, организаций. Советский научно-технический комплекс не только не ликвидировал отчетливо наметившееся к середине 1970-х гг. отставание в развитии информационных технологий, но и позволил ведущим капиталистическим державам, прежде всего США, уйти в такой отрыв, сократить который с каждым годом становилось все сложнее
