Abstract

Сравнительный анализ стран-производителей с наиболее развитой киноиндустрией позволил сделать вывод о том, что идеальной моделью кинокомпании на данном этапе развития отечественного кинопроизводства является вертикально интегрированный холдинг полного цикла, производящий кинопродукцию на собственных мощностях. Жизнеспособность подобным образом организованной корпорации связана с контролем проекта на всех стадиях его реализации и, главное, возможностью избежать раздела генерируемого денежного потока с внешними контрагентами.
