Классификация Общественных Институтов И Эффективность Их Реализации

Abstract

Выделяются следующие общественные институты: (a) Предписывающие, указывающие индивидам, какие действия предпринимать для достижения специфического исхода. Предписывающие институты осуществляют руководство людьми позитивно, указывая, что делать и устанавливая порядок действий, диктуемый лидером. (b) Запрещающие, которые исключают определенные классы неприемлемого поведения (например, не превышать лимит скорости или не воровать). В результате обоих типов институтов координируется поведение людей: в случае предписания видимой рукой и в соответствии с планом некоего лидера, в случае запретительных правил добровольно и стихийно.
