Abstract

Только тот, кто может свободно заниматься предпринимательством и на полученные доходы дать хорошее образование своим детям, обеспечить их и себя квалифицированной медицинской помощью, кто уверен в своих гражданских правах и личной безопасности, будет вкладывать капитал и труд в развитие своей страны, создавая фундамент для последующих поколений. Иначе не произойдет не только «сбережения» народа России: самой России не будет.
