Abstract

Первоочередными задачами российского рынка банковских услуг в настоящее время являются: -повышение качества банковского сервиса и скорости проведения операций для населения; наращивание объема операций и услуг; увеличение числа клиентов и объемов продаж банковских услуг малым и средним предприятиям и организациям. Существенная роль отводится к закреплению доверия банкам, привлечению клиентов посредством внедрения публичных, цивилизованных услуг, распространенных в высокоразвитых экономических странах. Таким банковским продуктом является услуга по предоставлению в аренду банковских депозитных сейфов, которая в отечественной практике на настоящий момент не имеет должного информативно аналитического обеспечения в регионах
