Жилье Как Объект Экономического Анализа

Abstract

Жильё выступает общественным товаром, так как в его производстве и воспроизводстве участвуют разные отрасли, реальный и финансовый сектора экономики. В этом комплексе отсутствуют непосредственно строительные отрасли (производство стройматериалов, машин и механизмов, осуществление строительных работ), смежные отрасли (производство бытовой техники, электроники, мебели, текстиля, приборов) и отрасли, обеспечивающие эксплуатацию жилья (обслуживающие и ремонтные работы, предоставление коммунальных услуг, уборка, охрана, благоустройство территорий и т.д.). Поскольку жильё является дорогостоящим товаром, в его создании и 2 обороте участвует заёмный капитал. И чем больше разрыв между собственными и заёмными средствами у действующих на этом рынке участников, тем теснее связь с финансовым рынком
