Abstract

Советское руководство в целом эффективно использовало для развития нефтяной промышленности те возможности, которые предоставляла международная торговля и международное сотрудничество. Отрасль получала и быстро осваивала передовые технологии, хотя, разумеется, сохранялось серьезное отставание от США. Особенно велико значение импортного оборудования для нефтяной промышленности было в период первой пятилетки, но и позже многие критически важные задачи решались благодаря импортным поставкам и международному сотрудничеству.
