Abstract

Стратегический анализ как основа планирования деятельности сельскохозяйственного предприятия основан на исследовании ретроспективной информации развития хозяйствующего субъекта, что позволяет не только выявить тенденции изменения, но и наметить пути совершенствования. Анализируется применение важнейших стратегий развития предприятий в сельском хозяйстве.
