Российские Научные Журналы Под Лупой «Диссернета»: «Борьба За Чистоту Науки» Или «Чистой Воды Болтовня»?

Abstract

В статье анализируется новый проект «Вольного сетевого сообщества экспертов, исследователей и репортеров «Диссернет» под названием «Российские научные журналы под лупой “Диссернета”». На основе анализа статистических данных Российского индекса научного цитирования (РИНЦ), современной практики деятельности редакций научных журналов, других открытых источников, в статье делается вывод о несостоятельности методов, положенных «Диссернетом» в основу ранжирования научных журналов России. В статье также высказывается предположение о существовании «фабрики загадочных публикаций», непосредственным участником которой предположительно является основатель «Диссернета» А.А. Ростовцев.
