Abstract

Рассматривая сложившуюся практику доказательной базы государственного антимонопольного контроля за заключением картельных соглашений, автор обосновывает приоритетность методов экономического анализа наряду со стимулированием хозяйствующих субъектов к отказу от антиконкурентных методов ведения бизнеса. Анализ основных экономических факторов позволяет судить о предрасположенности отрасли к созданию картелей, а также о состоявшейся картелизации. Четко выстроенная по результатам экономического анализа политика государства, будучи превентивным фактором, позволит снизить потенциальную выгоду от заключения картельных соглашений
