Пути Повышения Ликвидности Операций Доверительного Управления Имуществом

Abstract

В статье анализируются операции доверительного управления имуществом. Особое внимание уделяется определению степени ликвидности договора доверительного управления. На основании сделанных выводов разрабатывается метод повышения ликвидности. В качестве решения обосновывается необходимость и возможность выпуска нового вида ценных бумаг – трастовых ценных бумаг.
