Целеполагание Как Одна Из Ключевых Проблем Стратегического Менеджмента

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы теории и практики стратегического менеджмента. Особое внимание уделяется целеполаганию как одному из ключевых этапов стратегического управления. Приведено описание методик структуризации целей, позволяющих комплексно сформировать и проанализировать цели, подцели и функции в стратегии развития предприятия. Выполнена адаптация методики Ф.И. Перегудова – В.Н. Сагатовского, и даны рекомендации по ее использованию с учетом принципов и особенностей современного стратегического менеджмента.
