Н. Кондратьев Против Н. Кондратьева, Или Парадоксы Экономической Науки (Часть 1)

Abstract

В статье показано, что Н. Кондратьев разработал теорию больших циклов конъюнктуры и сам по сути ее опроверг в 1928 г. в работе «Динамика цен индустриальных и сельскохозяйственных товаров». Причина парадокса состояла в реальных трудностях по созданию фундаментальной теории на основе громадного объема эмпирических данных. Будучи крупнейшим экономистом ХХ в., Н. Кондратьев все же не смог решить задачу. Его главная методологическая ошибка была в том, что он пытался непосредственно интегрировать эмпирические данные с несуществующими большими циклами конъюнктуры. Придавая чрезмерное значение конъюнктуре, Н. Кондратьев подменил ею всю экономику. На самом деле важнейшим звеном в индустриальной экономике являются 7-11 летние циклы. Именно через них соединяются эмпирические данные и экономическая динамика в виде длинных 21-30 летних циклов. Более того, ошибочная теория больших циклов Н. Кондратьева оказалась несовместима уже с самим фактом индустриальной революции XIX в.
