Географические Факторы В Развитии Сибири: Дискуссия С Американскими Русистами

Abstract

Рассмотрено влияние присущих Сибири базовых географических факто- ров – суровости климата и внутриконтинентального макроположения – на освоение макрорегиона и эффективность экономики. Дан критиче- ский анализ соответствующих выводов и рекомендаций американских русистов, которые имеют политическую подоплеку, угрожающую в конечном итоге безопасности и целостности России. Несостоятель- ность этих выводов и рекомендаций установлена с помощью применения количественных оценок, показывающих реальное положение дел с инду- стриализацией и формированием территориально-производственных комплексов Сибири, эффективностью и доходностью ее экономики, рас- селенческими процессами на постсоветском этапе. Раскрыты вопросы искусственного занижения официальной статистикой современного вклада Сибири в основные экономические показатели страны и отсут- ствия фатального влияния географических факторов на развитие экономики.
