Трансферт Технологий Стран Брикс: Проблемы И Перспективы

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются формы и условия взаимодействия участни- ков инновационного процесса, особенности создания и развития органи- зационной системы трансферта технологий в странах-членах БРИКС. Автором подчеркивается значительная роль региональной составляющей в формировании эффективной национальной инновационной системы. На основе анализа систем трансферта, функционирующих в различных стра- нах, автором выделяются ключевые и наиболее перспективные направ- ления развития интеграции научно-образовательной, производственной сфер и государства с целью формирования специальных механизмов орга- низации инновационных процессов, обеспечивающих эффективное взаи- модействие между всеми его участниками, способствующих формиро- ванию конкурентоспособной высокотехнологичной продукции, улучшению структуры экспорта за счет увеличения в нем доли высокотехнологичной продукции и снижения сырьевой направленности, повышению статуса стран-членов БРИКС на мировом рынке технологий.
