Сравнительный Анализ Направлений Государственных Программ Регионов Уральского Федерального Округа

Abstract

В статье на основе действующей нормативно-правовой базы в обла- сти стратегического планирования в Российской Федерации проводится сравнительный анализ направлений государственных программ регионов Уральского федерального округа (УрФО). Особое внимание уделяется общим признакам и отличительным особенностям направлений госу- дарственных программ каждого региона УрФО и в сравнении с направ- лениями федеральных государственных программ. Авторы выявляют приоритеты социально-экономического развития и представленность федеральных направлений государственных программ в каждом регионе УрФО. Делается вывод о том, что структура государственных программ в регионах УрФО отражает особенности и приоритеты социально- экономического развития регионов. Авторы рекомендуют гармонизиро- вать схожие госпрограммы во всех регионах УрФО между собой и с феде- ральными госпрограммами.
