Оценка Эффективности Использования Заемных Ресурсов Для Финансирования Инвестиционных Проектов Создания Ит-Инфраструктур

Abstract

Одной из важнейших проблем при принятии инвестиционных решений является поиск источников и выбор конкретных инструментов финансирования. В статье рассматриваются особенности финансирования инфраструктурных проектов в сфере телекоммуникаций с использованием заемных средств - инвестиционного кредита и лизинга. Особое внимание уделяется сравнению экономических эффектов от использования данных инструментов, прежде всего экономии по налогу на прибыль, в текущих ценах и с учетом временной стоимости денег. Положения, вынесенные автором в теоретической части статьи, подтверждаются практическим примером. Автор приходит к выводу, что в условиях недостаточности собственных средств для финансирования реальных инвестиционных проектов создания ИТ-инфраструктуры, компании следует рассмотреть возможность использования лизинга. В статье предлагаются меры стимулирования инвестиционных вложений в основные средства для создания в России современной, надежной инфраструктуры информационных систем.
