Взаимосвязь Занятости Трудовых Ресурсов И Стимулирования Импортозамещающего Роста В Республике Таджикистан

Abstract

В статье через призму эмпирического анализа состояния занятости трудовых ресурсов Республики Таджикистан определены реальные потери социально-экономического развития страны. Исследование причинно следственных связей низкого уровня занятости трудовых ресурсов, импортной и миграционной зависимости национальной экономики позволили выявить их взаимосвязь с последствиями трансформационного кризиса недопроизводства в Республике Таджикистан. Поэтому решение отмеченных насущных проблем народнохозяйственного значения следует решать во взаимосвязи и в тесном переплетении. При всем этом необходимо также иметь в виду, что только количественного увеличения рабочих мест для обеспечения импортозамещающего роста недостаточно. Поэтому при расширении масштабов использования трудовых ресурсов в расширяющейся промышленности необходимо создавать условия и разработать мероприятия по повышению качества трудовых ресурсов и их производительности.
