Abstract

В статье проведен критический анализ отечественных и зарубежных методик оценки эффективности функционирования национальной платежной системы. Необходимость осуществления деятельности по анализу эффективности национальной платежной системы обусловлена необходимостью не только обозначить ее «узкие места», но поиском путей дальнейшего развития как отдельных элементов, так и системы в целом. Авторами предпринята попытка формирования теоретических основ собственной методики оценки эффективности НПС с выделением ее количественных и качественных характеристик.
