Долгосрочные Инструменты Государственного Спроса В России

Abstract

Анализируются важнейшие долгосрочные инструменты госрегулирования: государственные закупки, государственные корпорации, национальные проекты. С точки зрения государственных затрат, оцениваются промежуточные и итоговые результаты отдельных государственных проектов. Государственный заказ рассматривается как значимый фактор инновационного развития. В качестве примера автор показывает ключевые разработки госкорпорации «Ростех», приводит оценки государственных вложений, разделяя этапы реализации и промежуточные результаты национальных проектов.
