Abstract

В статье рассматривается сбалансированная система показателей (ССП), нацеленная на их интеграцию и оптимизацию системы управления рисками. Предложенный алгоритм планирования позволяет предприятиям заблаговременно определять опасности, препятствующие реализации их планов, давать количественную оценку ситуации и разрабатывать комплекс мероприятий, включая управление рисками в составляющие сбалансированной системы показателей, как залог успешной реализации стратегии развития.
