Abstract

Авторы предлагают оригинальный расчет интегрального показателя качества персонала организации, в основу которого положена модификация системы ключевых показателей эффективности KPI. Методика позволяет дать комплексную оценку качества персонала на базе группировки библиотеки показателей KPI по перспективе «Персонал и системы» по параметрам обучения, кадрового обеспечения и результативности труда. Выборка из общего массива KPI показателей позволяет полнее отразить эффективность деятельности по управлению персоналом и на его основе сформировать алгоритм интегральной оценки качества персонала организации.
