Abstract

Опираясь на работы советских экономистов, описывающих теоретические и эмпирические исследования, автор провел эпистемологический анализ доктрины социалистического планирования. В сознании социалистических плановиков материальное производство имело приоритет перед интеллектуальным, а инвестиции перед текущим потреблением. Предпочтение всегда отдавали инвестициям в физический капитал, тогда как инвестициям в человеческий капитал отводилась подчиненная роль, хотя теоретические построения могли отличаться от реальных вызовов в отношении экономического развития, в результате давления со стороны квазирынка труда и лоббирования со стороны групп интересов.
