Abstract

Новые информационно-коммуникационные технологии оказывают не только положительное, но и отрицательное воздействие, особенно на молодежь. Они несут переутомляемость, психические расстройства, потерю ощущения реальности, ее подмену виртуальной ситуацией, усиление зависимостей, включая текстофрению, игроманию, гиподинамию. Авторы выявили тенденцию: ИКТ для молодых людей становятся скорее средством общения и развлечения, чем источником информации и знаний.
