Abstract

Российские пенсионеры вкладывают свои накопления преимущественно в номинальные государственные облигации. Однако в последнее десятилетие доходность этих облигаций отрицательна. Автор документально подтверждает, что эрозию покупательной способности пенсионных накоплений следует рассматривать как результат финансовых репрессий государства против кредиторов.
