Abstract

Автор рассматривает проблемы современного городского хозяйства сквозь призму его социальных функций, которые находят отражение в стратегиях социально-экономического развития. Поскольку основная цель всех стратегий повышение благосостояния и уровня жизни горожан, реализация социальных функций является приоритетной задачей администраций российских городов.
