Входные Барьеры На Российском Рынке Высокотехнологичной Продукции И Роль Государственных Институтов В Их Снижении

Abstract

В первой части статьи дается анализ барьеров, с которыми сталкиваются новые компании при выходе на рынок высокотехнологичной продукции. Предложена классификация входных барьеров для рынков инновационных товаров. Во второй части предложены инструменты помощи государства малым инновационным компаниям по преодолению входных барьеров. Вывод: государственная инновационная политика страны не в полной мере использует потенциал слияний и поглощений наряду с механизмом кластеризации для развития национальной инновационной системы и рынков высокотехнологичной продукции.
